Marpole is a thriving community in Vancouver, British Columbia. With an excess of transit options, Marpole is a central hub to the downtown area from the southern part of the city, close to the airport. The neighbourhood has plenty of housing options, including single-family homes, low-rise apartments, and townhomes. The neighbourhood is bordered by Park Drive, Granville Street, Main Street, and the Fraser River. The community has excellent access to transit and is minutes away from the Vancouver International Airport.
