Mount Pleasant offers great accessibility to other areas of the Lower Mainland and downtown Vancouver area. Main Street is one the city’s major arteries and is easily reached from any point in the neighborhood. There are a number of bus and train routes that are also dotted throughout the area and offer frequent trips to commuters.

There are a handful of well rated schools that are located near Mount Pleasant which offer neighborhood students excellent education options. Mount Pleasant Elementary, Florence Nightingale Elementary, Saint Patrick Regional Secondary, St Patrick Elementary, False Creek Elementary, Queen Alexandra Elementary and Fraser Elementary are all set throughout the area.
